How do I start a typing test?

Login, open your active course, choose the test settings, and start the test from the practice screen.

Where can I see my results?

Your completed attempts are available from My Results with speed, accuracy, mistakes, and detailed result pages.

What should I do if payment succeeds but course is not active?

Email helptestmentor@gmail.com with your registered email, payment proof, and course name so we can verify and activate access.

How long does support take?

We usually respond within 48 hours. Payment and account access issues are prioritized.
